The average shipping time for delivery in most of the European countries is two (2) to three (3) working days.
Shipping to other countries outside the European Union could take some extra days.
Your order will be sent by Federal Express or GLS (General Logistics Systems).
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery unless binding agreements on the delivery time have been confirmed by us in writing.
Most of our deliveries are to specific delivery addresses like warehouses, laboratories, receipt rooms, etc. given at time of purchase order.

Lost or damaged items during shipment:
If an item is damaged or lost before it reaches you or a recipient designated by you, this is our responsibility. Please contact our customer service, email@example.com, as soon as possible (within 7 days at the latest), quoting the order number and the name of the item in question.
