In this hands-on workshop you will amplify sections of the Lambda Phage genome using our engaging and efficient PCR system. Learn how to set-up the reactions, program and monitor the MiniOne PCR System using an app on a wireless Bluetooth-connected tablet, then watch DNA separation in real time and analyze your PCR products on the MiniOne Electrophoresis System.

This hands-on workshop will use pre-prepared DNA fragments and gel electrophoresis to determine the paternity of a baby whale based on the DNA pattern of the baby whale and other whales in the pod.
